Private: swimming pool (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Single garage. Restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Av T.O. Neckermann" 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: Faro de Maspalomas 3 km, El Parque Botánico de Maspalomas 2 km, Playa de las Mujeres 4 km, Playa de Maspalomas 4 km, Playa del Inglés 5 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€. The min number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy.
