Unique tower apartment/penthouse with a large south/west-facing roof terrace!
We modernized our apartment in 2020, significantly enhancing its already beautiful appearance and high-quality features (e.g., a Philippe Starck bathtub). The walls were partially painted in an elegant gray, the high-quality wooden floorboards were oiled, and the furnishings were replaced (dining table and chairs by Riviera Maison, modern white beds and nightstands, etc.).

Exceptional vacation apartment in Hohen Niendorf Hunting Lodge: breathtaking panoramic views and superior comfort, nestled within a beautiful park. The tower apartment spans three levels, beginning on the second floor (accessible by elevator) with two equally sized bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet. The third floor features a third, smaller bedroom (ideal for couples or children), a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a 30 sq m roof terrace with comfortable lounge furniture. The apartment culminates in the living room in the tower. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful Mecklenburg-Western Pomeranian countryside, the Salzhaff lagoon, and, in the distance, the sparkling Baltic Sea. You will appreciate the tranquility of this idyllic setting. The hunting lodge is surrounded by 70,000 square meters of parkland with a pond (one of the area's attractions), perfect for a leisurely stroll.

The lodge itself features a sauna (for a fee), a cozy lounge with a fireplace, and a washer and dryer (for a fee). Our apartment also has its own washing machine.
The hunting lodge is beautifully situated amidst Bastorf, Kühlungsborn, Rerik, and Heiligendam, the latter boasting beautiful, long sandy beaches and dunes.
Bastorf and its manor house are just a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute bike ride away.
Kühlungsborn and Rerik, with their wide array of shops, restaurants, and the captivating Salzhaff lagoon, ideal for stand-up paddleboarding and boating, are also just a short drive away. Kühlungsborn's long promenade between dunes and coastal forest invites you to stroll, and there are also numerous other sights and cycling and hiking trails.
