Description
This beautiful and detached villa for 6 persons is located in a green and natural environment in the residence Atlantic Green. It is 3,5 km from the centre of Lacanau-Océan and only 3,5 km from the (sand) beach.
The villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a a fireplace in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher and appliances, a washing machine and dryer. The villa disposes of three bedrooms on the ground floor or two bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom on the open mezzanine floor, one bathroom and one shower room or two bathrooms and one shower room and two separate toilets.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool (not heated and open from early April to early November). The size of the garden ranges from 1200 to 2600 m². There is also a parking spot next to the villa.
In Atlantic Green, you can book various villas for four to eight people.
*It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying outside of March 26 and November 5: €60 per week.

Wat een prachtige villa! Het voelde als een huis weg van huis, We hielden van het buitenterras en brachten onze avonden door met barbecuen terwijl we genoten van de serene omgeving, De locatie was ideaal voor toegang tot het strand en lokale attracties
Lage obsessie met dit huis, De keuken is volledig uitgerust en de woonkamer is perfect voor late-night gesprekken, Het buitenterras is geweldig voor brunchfoto's, Slechts een paar minuten van het strand, dus perfect voor stranddagen
Ruim en schoon! Deze villa had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een ontspannen verblijf, De locatie was handig, met verschillende eetgelegenheden in de buurt, We hebben vooral genoten van onze maaltijd bij Le Bistrot du Golf, dat slechts een korte rit verwijderd was
Our stay at the villa was absolutely delightful! The fireplace added a cozy touch to our evenings, and the spacious garden was perfect for our kids to play in, We loved being just a short drive from the beach and the local restaurants, Highly recommend L'Authentique for a lovely dinner!
We had a great time at the villa! It was so cozy, and the fireplace made the evenings feel special, I loved the garden, perfect for the kids to run around, The location is nice, just a quick trip to the beach and nearby restaurants like L'Authentique, Only downside was the extra charge for electricity, but it was worth it overall, Would definitely come back!
