Welcome to Le Petit Château, located in Bar-sur-Seine, an idyllic town through which the Seine flows. This is a beautiful, authentic and carefully renovated country house, offering a unique holiday experience.
Bar-sur-Seine is a beautiful medieval town with various facilities and attractions. You will find good restaurants, cafés, not to mention the remains of the castle. It is located in the heart of the Champagne region and offers great views of the many vineyards. Follow the Côte des Bar champagne route (Pinot Noir) and enjoy the rolling hills and many picturesque villages (Essoyes 16 km, Les Riceys 14 km). The Forêt Orient nature park is just 26 km away and you can go hiking, cycling or enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the beach (pedalos available). There are several golf courses within a 30 km radius and you can go to the Nigloland theme park (30 km) for a day of thrills. A day trip to Trotes (33 km) with its large shopping centre, charming bistros and imposing cathedral is also worthwhile.
This group home is one of a kind. The bedrooms and bathrooms each have their own champagne theme and the interior is adorned by beautiful ornaments, wooden floors and hard stone elements. The house features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen adjacent to a bright dining room. The dining room flows into the veranda with breathtaking views of no less than 7000 m² of land. Despite its central location, you will enjoy plenty of peace, space and privacy. The children can play among the fruit trees and on the trampoline, while you enjoy an aperitif on the sunny terrace with barbecue.
Bar-sur-Seine is a beautiful little medieval town, with various facilities and attractions. There you will find good restaurants and nice bars. don't forget to visit the remains of the castle. You will literally find yourself in the heart of the Champagne region and have a beautiful view of the many vineyards. Follow the champagne route from Côte des Bar (Pinot noir) and enjoy the rolling hills which are home to many picturesque villages (Essoyes 16km, Les Riceys 14km).
There are also many other possibilities in the vicinity. The Orient Forest Natural Park is located just 26 km away, where you can go for walks and cycling, but also spend a relaxing afternoon at the beach or take a pedalo ride on the lake. There are also several golf courses within a radius of 30 km and you can head for a day of thrills at the Nigloland amusement park (30 km).
For a day of shopping, go to the beautiful city of Troyes (3 3km): it is known for its large shopping center, but it would be a shame not to visit the cathedral there or discover the charming cafés and bistros of the center -city.

Very spacious, clean, well equipped with material, top stay! A tip: more armchairs in the living room adapted to the size of the house, otherwise perfect
We are an extended family with 4 children and 9 grandchildren who were looking for an atmosphere to celebrate our golden wedding together. Our wishes were not in the slightest unfulfilled - in contrast, we were enthusiastic - repetition for sure! Thanks to the host family, who, as a result of Covid, compensated for the bumpy organization / support of BelvillaCasamundo more than expected.

Impeccable cleanliness, beautiful setting, well insulated and heated, beautiful setting, superb kitchen (3 fridges), good acoustics and good sound insulation between rooms and very good bedding. To recommend
The house is simply amazing, refurbished with lots of love and ideal to stay with the whole family. The immediate area was a bit disappointing. The village needs maintenance and is not the nicest or most beautiful in the area on the edge of the area. But with the car you are everywhere you want to go in no time and the house with the fantastic garden certainly compensates for that. The rest of the area is charming and well worth it. Given the huge piece of land we would also recommend the owners to make a swimming pool, there is more than enough space for it and would really be a big plus for a stay.
The home is amazing and is just a short walk from the heart of the beautiful little village of Bar-Sur-Seine. Set on an estate sized lot, beautiful trees and an in-ground trampoline that our adult kids loved. Completely remodeled and includes all modern amenities. Newly renovated baths are uncharacteristically large for Europe and new kitchen had everything you need to feed and entertain with a big group. We were only a family of four but were so glad that we chose this home as it was truly a special experience.
