Not too elaborate, but it suited us just right. The kitchen was equipped for basic cooking, and we felt secure in the neighborhood.

Wonderful place to unwind in Casperia. Appreciated the pet-friendly features and the cozy environment for four guests.

The grill setup made outdoor meals easy and fun! Little touches like screens kept things comfortable.

Contact by mail about arrival was good. Accommodation was good, although here and there outdated, kitchen especially. Bed was fine. Environment very nice and quiet. A store within walking distance.

What a wonderful place! The welcome was very warm and the apartment is large and has everything you need. I especially liked that you had a private seat outside and had sunbeds there. The view is really beautiful and it is wonderfully quiet! Vanessa is truly a fantastic host! We were lost during a walking tour and came far from our car. Vanessa picked us up and brought us to the car, super nice! The town Casperia really beautiful to see and walk through. There is a supermarket where you can buy almost anything and there are several restaurants for good food.

This place has everything for those who love the authentic Italy loves beautiful vistas, beautiful nature, hills, beautiful villages, delicious and cheap food and little tourism. A tenfold recommended!

Great location. Daughter of friendly owner speaks English and does everything it to you to make sense. The tips in terms of restaurant, transportation to Rome etc are excellent. For two large children's bed less suitable because of privacy and kids clothes storage space but also the day the bed in the room etc. Outside they have however every effort to give everyone their own space and the lap pool is lovely as is the views both day 's night.

Beautiful apartment and a beautiful view of the surroundings. Good base for excursions to Rome, before we had rented this apartment. In the vicinity are less good trips though Casperia is a charming town. Montagnana is also a must. Two weeks in this area seems too long, at least if you often go to the culture and did not want to drive. That is why we booked just 1 week and extended into the next bestemming.Naar Rome to train, parking at Poggio Mirteto scalo. Deduct up to 45 min and the train to Rome for another 60 minutes. This is all to do good, better than the car to go to Rome. Swimming is great, but slightly on the small side. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Also, try a red wine that the owner makes in-house, 3.50 euro for 1 liter.

Really fine Agriturismo! Enrom bereidwilige nice owners live in the nearby village, come along every day. Breathtaking views over the valley and extremely quiet. Nice pool, very cold water but our kids were fine. Wonderful base for busy Rome. With 20 minutes by car to Poggio Mirteto Scalo, then train in 30 min in Rome. In excellent metro. 4 apartments, with us all busy, quiet, silence is really delicious. Supermarket in nearby village. One can enjoy hiking through nature. We will be back!
