A wooden block outdoor sauna with space for the whole family or a large hot pot that you can fire up with wood, what more could you want after a nice day of skiing. Spacious terraces and garden areas ensure sunny moments on vacation. The playground, built from summer 2025 and built into the natural surroundings, makes every child's heart beat faster.
Even inside on 280 square meters you will find enough space and retreats for your family or friends.
A spacious dining area for the whole group, the well-equipped kitchen with American stove, 2 dishwashers and enough storage space makes all your culinary wishes come true. Enjoy the retreat in your own living room or in one of the 5 bedrooms.
The large bathroom with 3 separate showers also means there is hardly any waiting time. Wood is available on site.
All in all, a successful renovation of a time-honored farmhouse, combined with modern-day comfort. And to top it off, there is also the beautiful outdoor area - you could say that you are vacationing in a very special atmosphere here.

Weinig afhankelijkheid van decoratie en sfeer, superruim en de keuken is een droom voor elke kok, dichtbij geweldige wandelpaden en de Krimml watervallen zijn op korte rijafstand, kan niet wachten om wat foto's te maken voor Instagram!
The Bauenhaus offers a lovely, peaceful retreat in Bramberg, The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with the Krimml Waterfalls just a short drive away, The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for our group, While the outdoor sauna was a nice touch, we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen the most, It made our stay very practical, and we loved preparing meals while enjoying the mountain views from the terrace, A solid choice for anyone wanting a relaxing escape

Het Bauenhaus was gewoonweg prachtig! Ruime kamers, mooie decoratie en de hot pot was een geweldige manier om te ontspannen na het skiën, We genoten ook van het verkennen van nabijgelegen wandelpaden, Zou zeker terugkomen!
Tellement d'espace ! Parfait pour une escapade en groupe, La zone de jardin est super pour les rencontres, et l'aire de jeux a occupé les enfants, De plus, les trois douches ? Un vrai sauveur quand tout le monde se prépare, Je recommande !
Cet endroit est totalement une ambiance, Le bassin naturel est juste magnifique, parfait pour des sessions de détente en été, Le sauna extérieur et le bain à remous ? Objectifs de relaxation majeurs, De plus, la disposition spacieuse signifiait que tout le monde avait son propre espace, Je reviens !
