The beautiful garden is located right in front of the house and has a fantastic outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue facilities, sink and fridge – making al fresco dining effortless. Outside the house, you are just a short walk from the beach and have quick access to a restaurant and grocery store. It's also easy to explore. Although Sibenik is only a twenty-minute drive away, the local pier offers a spectacular boat trip that takes the same amount of time, giving you views of the canal and the stunning St. Nikolas Fortress before reaching the narrow streets and historical sites of the old town. The famous waterfalls of Krka National Park are also just 30 kilometers away.
