The extensive and comfortably equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, fully automatic coffee machine from Tchibo (beans) and kettle.
The bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and a walk-in closet can be reached via an open staircase from the living room. Another bedroom with a bunk bed is available on the 1st floor. The balcony is perfect for ending an eventful day.

You can reach restaurants and shopping facilities within walking distance. You can also reach the dike and the south beach in just a few hundred meters on foot. Due to its proximity to the train station, the location is also ideal for traveling by train.
