Single-family house "Bellavista", 2 storeys. Above Makarska, in the hamlet Puharići 1.5 km from the centre of Makarska, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (140 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna (extra). Washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 1.5 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Heating of the water in the swimming pool (extra 150.-€ per week). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Sauna at small house next to the pool. Use of the sauna with extra cost of 150.-€ per week, to be paid on spot.
