The newly renovated semi-detached house is located in a quiet residential area in the beautiful monastery town of Walkenried. Hiking is possible almost from the front door and a bathing lake for people and animals is just 800 metres away. On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, one bedroom has a large modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and bathtub. The second shower room is adjacent to the second bedroom. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. The Cistercian monastery is known far beyond the borders of the Harz Mountains. A monastery market is held every year in September. From the house it is about 800 metres to the Priorteiche, a forest swimming pool for people and animals.
