Description
This spacious apartment for four people is located on a hilly estate in one of the annexes of a castle on a beautiful hilltop. The estate is known for its excellent olive oil. After the Second World War, Marquis Baldelli, who was the owner at the time, had the castle fully restored and returned to its original glory. Since then, the castle has been towering on top of the hills, proudly keeping watch of its surroundings.
This big apartment has a beautiful view and inside, guests can enjoy a peaceful and rustic atmosphere. The typical, robust, wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors carry the spirit of Tuscany. In the evenings, guests can spend time in front of the big fireplace, accompanied by travel companions and a crackling fire. In addition, from the spacious living room there is a breathtaking view over the sloping landscape.
The estate lies between the cultural cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena, making it the perfect starting point for a Tuscan quest.

Nicely centrally located for trips to Florence, Siena, Arezzo etc. Located on top of a hill which gives you a super nice view, both during the day and at night. Many nice ristorantes nearby. Great large swimming pool available incl. Various play equipment. The last 2 km of the access road is not paved.
We were welcomed very warmly by two ladies. We were immediately offered something to drink. They guided us extensively around the grounds and through our apartment. Our living room on the second floor offered a fantastic view on 2 sides of the Tuscan hills. Wonderful! Special to stay in a house from 1700 with the facilities of our time. Nice garden, lovely swimming pool with lots of sun beds and lounge chairs, nice Italian residents ... Nice area with small villages, but in half an hour by car you in Arezzo. A beautiful, but fairly quiet city.
Spacious house. Good price quality ratio. It is a pity that the garden is not directly in front of the door. And it was a pity that there was little possibility to sit outside in the evening. Nice place, fantastic view
Beautiful location. Outdated furniture. Spacious. Welcoming. Houses on floors do have a garden, but you have to go outside and walk around.
Beautiful house, on a beautiful plot with nice pool. Possibility to taste and buy wine that was made there. House in great condition, good beds and enough space.
