The open kitchen is very well equipped: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, induction cooker, extractor hood, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine (filter size 4), kettle and toaster.
Furthermore, your four-legged friend is very welcome. The garden is surrounded by a high quality larch fence and a lingus hedge. The accommodation also offers charging options (for a fee) and parking for your e-bikes and/or e-cars.

The new house (year of construction 2022/23) is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Niebüll and is only a few minutes' walk from fields and meadows. The holiday home offers an ideal starting point for cycling tours, bird watching, trips to the islands of Sylt, Föhr and Amrum, to Denmark and much more. You will find a wide range of shopping opportunities in the center of Niebüll.

We hadden een fantastische verblijf in dit moderne vakantiehuis! De woonkamer is ruim en de keuken is uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden, Het was zo'n traktatie om onze ochtenden te genieten met koffie van de Nespresso-machine, Bovendien hield onze hond van het tuingebied!

No cap, this place hits different, Quiet area, but close enough to explore local spots, The garden is perfect for morning coffee, Hosts were super chill and made the stay feel welcoming, 10/10 recommend!
We enjoyed our time here, especially the modern amenities, The open kitchen made cooking together fun! It's also a great base for trips to the nearby museums and castles
