The washing machine is in tool shed. There is a sandpit.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The location of the house is Ideal. When you walk down the path, you see the sea and the beach. It's a quiet place not far from Ebeltoft. The house itself needs attention. Apart from the fact that the cleaning was not done properly on arrival, the owner also has some things to do to make the house more suitable for rental. There are too many personal items in the house, all cupboards are also full of things. Because of this we have lived out of our suitcases, we have not unpacked anything. The barn was also a huge mess, there was a board that said there was no entry behind the board. The washing machine stood in front of the shelf, it spins at 800 rpm maximum. This is not useful in wet weather. The mattresses need to be replaced. And the mattresses on the bunk beds are unsuitable for adults, they are too thin for this. It is a pity that the owner leaves it at that, with a little effort the inside of the house can also be a lot fresher. Now there are stains on the dining room chairs because they are made of fabric. There is a lot of crockery in the kitchen, glasses become dusty because people do not need all these glasses. This does not give a fresh look in the cupboards. The amount of plates is also enormous, all different and not organized. The bathroom tiles in the shower cubicle were not free of mold. However, we were able to enjoy because we had fantastic weather. The garden is private, very nice. If you don"t mind a little bit of dust, the location and the garden are great!

there is all the equipment you need for comfortable living, cooking and sleeping (except for a hairdryer), you can be at the beach in 3 minutes, the property is very large and protected from view from the outside by trees and bushes, in rainy weather it is very cozy in the spacious living room with extra dining table - we like this wooden house charm very much, it is about 10 minutes by car to Ebeltoft and there is a lot to discover there and everything you need to be able to provide for yourself inexpensively
the coziness, the proximity to the beach, that all utensils were available in the kitchen and for grilling, the property was protected from view with trees and bushes, very good internet connection
