On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 m from the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 6'000 m2, meadow. Table tennis, boccia, patio, garden furniture, fireplace, children's playground (slide, sandbox), single garage.
