This modern villa is located just 2 km from the lovely Istrian town of Novigrad. Our desire is for you to find much more in them than just luxury accommodation, and experience the charms of relaxing amidst the silence of the woods. The pool invites you and your entire group to take a swim or just laze about, while the summer kitchen is the ideal place for a delicious barbecue meal.
Enjoy a wellness afternoon in the hot tub on the open-air terrace and in the Finnish sauna, then slip into sweet dreams in our spacious beds. Rest your eyes on the blue sea from the comfort of your villa, and if you want to dive into it, you’ll find bicycles in the yard that can take you there in the blink of an eye.
Today, Novigrad is a quiet fishing town where life still flows at a comfortable, easy pace. Except during summer, when it turns into a stage for exciting events, from urban music festivals to culinary feasts celebrating the local scallops, sardines or wild asparagus. The konobas and restaurants of Novigrad are sure to tickle your taste buds – especially if you love seafood – while its parks and walls will lure you out for romantic strolls under the moonlight.

Deze plek overtrof onze verwachtingen! De woonkamer was ruim en het uitzicht op de tuin vanaf het terras was prachtig, We hielden ervan om fietstochten naar de nabijgelegen stranden te maken, De host was ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
We hebben genoten van onze tijd in deze villa. Het ligt verscholen in een rustige omgeving, maar we konden gemakkelijk lokale restaurants bezoeken, zoals Strandpaviljoen Paal 17. Een geweldige balans tussen afzondering en gemak.
A great place to stay if you want to be close to nature, The surrounding area is peaceful, and we loved the garden, The pool was refreshing, It's about a 10-minute drive to the beach,
The location is ideal for exploring Kühlungsborn, We appreciated the proximity to the Historical Steam Train 'Molli' for a fun day out, The apartment itself was spacious and well-furnished,
Une belle maison moderne avec une excellente atmosphère, La zone extérieure est parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites, Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la visite du musée Lapidarium à proximité,
Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans cette maison de vacances, Elle était propre et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, Le sauna et le jacuzzi étaient un excellent moyen de se détendre après une journée d'exploration, Les plages à proximité sont à quelques minutes en voiture, ce qui était pratique,
