Great accommodation with everything you need. Very spacious with lots of storage space, pleasant underfloor heating and a wide bed. The location is very quiet and the hosts are very nice. Any questions we had were answered quickly. We were very satisfied and felt very comfortable. Many thanks for that!

Beautiful holiday flat, tastefully furnished and in a quiet location. Kelchsau is situated away from the hustle and bustle in a pretty valley, from where you can go hiking and cycling. There is a nice little supermarket in the village. The landlord is friendly and helpful.

The holiday flat is beautiful and nothing is missing:) It was so clean, there was no dust anywhere. We had a wonderful time:) It was very quiet all round, perfect for relaxing! The on-site support was also great! Very friendly, helpful and always available. Everything was wonderful!

The apartment is located in a very quiet little place. The layout of the apartment is quite generous. Initially, there were some communication difficulties, but they were resolved quickly; however, we left with mixed feelings. We never met the owners; everything went through email and briefly via WhatsApp. The key handover was done via a key box. This was no problem, and thus our vacation could begin. The apartment was mostly clean; however, we believe that when you pay 150 euros for a final cleaning, you should receive a perfectly clean accommodation. Unfortunately, that was not the case for us. (Cup marks in the bathroom cabinets, a cup in the bathroom with stains, and not entirely clean dishes that still had remnants from the previous tenant.) The accommodation has a washing machine, which is truly fantastic, but we don’t understand why no drying rack is provided. It is mentioned several times to be very frugal regarding water, etc. – which we completely agree with, BUT the kitchen utensils' inventory could be improved. The apartment can accommodate 4 people, yet there are really only 4 cups, 4 plates, etc. ... These are luxury problems, but when I have a dishwasher, I use it on vacation to enjoy leisure time, which is not environmentally friendly with the little bit of dishware available. Also, various kitchen utensils were missing, from cutting boards to sharp knives, which ultimately led us to buy knives. Well, next time we’ll be wiser. The terrace is huge and very pleasant. The small adjoining garden is nice, but it does seem quite unkempt – it could use a bit of loving care. We were there during the summer holidays, so it was quite negative that there was only one fly screen at the window in the bedroom; that could definitely be improved, as we had a significant wasp problem. All in all, a nice accommodation, but there are certainly some areas for improvement. On another note, our son loved the open couch; it was very comfortable. There are plenty of excursion opportunities in the area; we spent 12 days there and had an adventure every single day.
