The apartment's location is fantastic and it's a new property, However, we encountered problems with the kitchen's water heater and one of the bathrooms, which affected our cooking and bathing, The host has kindly promised us a 30% refund as a goodwill gesture, Thanks

This was a remarkable discovery! The flat was ideally situated and in close proximity to a multitude of exquisite eateries and notable sites, The surrounding area was delightful, featuring several extraordinary bakeries in the vicinity, and highly pedestrian-friendly, The flat itself was impeccably clean, offered a lot of privacy, and was packed with contemporary features, The beds were supremely cozy, and the water pressure was among the best I've encountered in Paris, I would strongly endorse it to anyone planning a visit!
Initially, we reserved this accommodation for the air conditioning but ultimately did not require it (The temperature in Paris was fairly mild during the night), The host was very communicative before our journey started and provided clear instructions for check in, The location is excellent, conveniently located near the train, bus and surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, The place was suitable for 5 adults and a child below 4, with a living/dining room to relax once the toddler had gone to bed, We would definitely consider staying here again with our friends and family,
