This detached house is located in a state recognized leisure Bodenwöhr in the heart of the Upper Palatinate Lake District, a residential area. The house is modern and very tastefully decorated. In the corridor, a shelf is a large selection of books and DVDs. You can relax on the private terrace and small garden with a good novel or start the day here with a hearty breakfast. The nearby Hammersee is a paradise for all water enthusiasts and an ideal lake for families. Many well-maintained and signposted cycling and hiking trails, the beautiful nature of the Upper Palatinate Forest to explore. Germany's longest Qualitätsweg which Goldsteig, runs right past Bodenwöhr. You can also visit the neighboring lakes. The Steinberger Lake, the largest lake in eastern Bavaria, offers the best conditions for water sports: swimming, water skiing, sailing, surfing and diving. Here is also the largest walk wooden ball in the world. These excursions are on offer: Brewery tour-Jacob Brewery, Freilandmuseum Neusath-Perschen, adventure wooden ball Steinberg, Schwandorf, Regensburg, Pilsen, Prague.

The bungalow is well maintained and comfortable. All promised criteria are met. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The way to the lake is quite short. There are well-designed paths and bathing opportunities around the lake. The garden, which is then fenced off with a dog fence, is also helpful if you are traveling with a dog.
Very well furnished holiday home, large terrace, near the lake, other beautiful lakes, ponds and many excursion destinations nearby. It is ideal for cycling and hiking. Recommended.
Great holiday home, close to the lake and the forest, ideal for walks. The house itself is in excellent condition, has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts are very friendly and happy to help with any questions. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the holiday home with a clear conscience.

After our excursions, we were very happy to come back to the house and enjoy the evening. The area is very pleasantly quiet. The way to the lake is not far and offers some variety.
