This cosy holiday apartment is located at an altitude of 900 m at the entrance to the Pitztal valley in the Arzl-Wald district. It sits on a sunny and quiet hill with a breath-taking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for families and friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday in a fantastic holiday region.
In winter, the area offers a range of activities, including horse-drawn carriage rides, cross-country skiing, curling, après-ski, racing and deep-snow courses, and carving and snowboarding lessons. In summer, guests can enjoy mountain biking, horseback riding, summer tobogganing, and much more. The apartment is also a fantastic base for exploring many scenic hiking trails.
Furnished in traditional Tyrolean country house style, the apartment features a balcony and gives guests access to a shared wellness area – complete with a sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, and solarium. There’s also a communal garden with a barbecue. There’s also a washing machine and dryer as well as various games available for your enjoyment.
An additional guest (up to 12 years old) can be accommodated for an extra €20.00 per day.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! Het huis was goed uitgerust en we hadden voldoende ruimte, De locatie was rustig, maar dichtbij de attracties, De verhuurder was vriendelijk en behulpzaam,

Just what we needed for a relaxing getaway! The views were stunning, and the shared wellness area was a treat, We spent hours unwinding in the bubble baths, The only downside was the weather, but we made the most of our time indoors
The apartment was a delightful retreat! The cozy Tyrolean decor really added to the charm, We enjoyed the bubble baths after a long day of skiing, and the views from the balcony were simply breathtaking, Perfect location for winter activities too!
We felt right at home in this charming apartment, The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and we loved the communal garden, Our kids had a blast playing while we enjoyed some BBQ in the evenings, Would definitely return!
Un endroit si douillet ! Les vues sont absolument magnifiques et les bains à remous sont une excellente touche, Parfait pour se détendre après une longue journée de randonnée
