The single-storey, 4-person units feature private bathrooms in both bedrooms and are set around a playground, ideal for families. Each has a fully enclosed garden with a gate to the fenced playground, along with a combination washer-dryer, wagon, and children's furniture.
For added comfort, the "plus" editions for 4 and 8 guests have bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor, a Weber barbecue outside, and a stylish gas fireplace inside. Combined accommodations for 4, 6, or 8 guests are also available, equipped with stair gates.
The 8-person "plus culinary" option includes enhanced kitchen facilities like a large oven and raclette set, along with a Weber barbecue.
For ultimate relaxation, the 6-person wellness variant features a sauna, bubble bath, and outdoor amenities like loungers and a patio heater. Enjoy your stay!

Denne villaen er et funn! Romslig, vakkert designet og utstyrt med alt det nødvendige, Saunaen og boblebadet var høydepunkter for oss, Det ligger litt avsides, men det tilføyde bare til sjarmen
Over het algemeen hadden we een aangenaam verblijf, De villa was goed ingericht en de faciliteiten waren behoorlijk, Het was soms wat luidruchtig door nabijgelegen wegen, maar de rustige sfeer in de avonden maakte het goed
We had a wonderful stay at the Modern Villa in Limburg! The layout was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for everyone, The kids loved the enclosed garden and playground just outside our door, I particularly enjoyed the wellness features

Our stay at the Modern Villa in Limburg was fantastic! The villa was very spacious and had everything we needed for our family weekend, The kids loved the playground right outside our garden, and we appreciated the privacy of the enclosed space, Highly recommend for families!
