This 12-person holiday farmhouse, designed in charming Limburg farm style, is perfect for large families or groups of friends. Spread across 190 m² and two floors, the house features six bedrooms—two downstairs and four upstairs—as well as two bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub and a sauna. The highlight is the spacious covered terrace, fully equipped for outdoor living with a wood stove, terrace heater, luxury BBQ furniture, a robust dining set, and a comfortable lounge area—perfect for long, cozy evenings in the fresh air.
Guests staying here enjoy unlimited access to all park amenities, from the subtropical swimming pool with slides and rapids to the Adventure Golf Course and hyperbowling lanes. Dining options range from quick snacks at Mr. Friet to full meals at La Selva and Via Verde. Children can play safely in the indoor playground while adults relax over a meal, or even grill at the table at Restaurant Grillo. The villa was spacious and had a great layout, perfect for our family, We appreciated the non-smoking policy, which made our stay more pleasant, The only downside was that the weather wasn’t great, but we made the best of it indoors
We had a lovely time at this villa, It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, We also appreciated how close it was to local attractions like Sint Petrusmolen and Kinderdrome Panningen
I loved my stay here! The terrace was perfect for morning coffee, and the garden was a nice place to relax, It’s also wheelchair accessible, which was a big plus for our family, Overall, a very comfortable experience
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa, La terrasse était juste magnifique pour le café du matin, et les enfants ont adoré la piscine, C'est super proche de Roermond, ce qui était un joli bonus pour le shopping, L'endroit était propre et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, y compris une cheminée confortable pour les nuits fraîches, Juste un petit avertissement, le WiFi était un peu instable par moments, mais dans l'ensemble, je reviendrais ici, Un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour l'espace que vous obtenez !
