You are in a quiet area, with the forest 100 m from the house and a lake 5 km away. Here you can hike, picnic and enjoy nature. Lemele lies at the foot of the Lemelerberg, a moraine of about 60 m high. The Sallandse Heuvelrug lies between the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zwolle on one side and Twente on the other. The area, created in the ice age, consists of no fewer than 26 hills, the river Regge and the largest contiguous dry heathland in north-western Europe. You can organise excellent walking and cycling trips here.
Fully modernised in 2023, the house offers comfortable bedrooms, several bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. The spacious garden is furnished with attractive garden furniture. This house is located in a nature reserve and is not suitable for groups of young people who like to party.

House is very nice, but some kitchen appliances (such as dishwasher or microwave/oven) do not work properly.
Cottage was top fridge a bit small for 9 people. Furthermore, the environment was very beautiful. Only it may be more clearly indicated which house it is on arrival.
The cottage is very nice especially for walks in the area. There are a few things wrong with the cottage itself, dishwasher and microwave are not working. Screens on the floor don't click into place, so you can't open the windows without getting an army of mosquitoes inside. In addition to these points, there are some minor annoyances about equipment. During our stay we spent 4 days with Belvilla and the owner to get the equipment working. 4 days in which we could not go far from the cottage because technical personnel could come. A new dishwasher could be placed on the day before departure, that would be the fifth day that we were not "free" to do something. All in all not a relaxing week for us.
Its in a quiet place
The house was not clean (even dirty) and the beds are worn out (especially downstairs). When we approached the managers about the cleanliness of the kitchen and they came to look at it the next day, the first response was "yesterday this was clean, you must have done that yourself" when we showed her the photos that we immediately upon arrival made that changed to, then they forgot about the kitchen. There were dust fluff everywhere, the house has two refrigerators that are too small and the crockery and cutlery are a collected chaos. We had a nice week with our company but would not recommend this house to anyone.
Beautiful spacious and clean house with a beautiful view of meadows on one side and the Lemelerberg nature reserve on the other. Small-scale and quiet holiday park. Good starting point for beautiful walks.
