Epse is home to several authentic estates and country houses, dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. These estates are often surrounded by walking and cycling paths that lead along the characteristic nature here. This is a great destination for nature lovers. The village is located on the edge of the beautiful Gorsselse Heide: a vast nature reserve with heaths, forests and fens. In addition, it is only a short drive from the historic city of Deventer, with picturesque streets, historic architecture and numerous cultural events.
After a beautiful day in nature, or in one of the nearby cities, you can relax in the sauna. Treat yourself to a snack and a drink and enjoy a good book on the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to cook independently and thanks to the presence of a washing machine you can travel light. Parking is available at the property, and you can use the available bicycles to discover the beautiful surroundings on 2 wheels.

1 There was no door in the bedroom 2 Toilet door frame was sawn off due to wood rot in the shower 3 The terrace was very slippery 4 Sauna heater door was broken 5 Glass plate of sauna was broken 6 The roof over the gas meter was broken and fell to the ground. So all in all way too expensive
Our stay at the holiday home in Epse was just what we needed! The sauna was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day exploring the beautiful Gorsselse Heide, We loved spending evenings on the terrace, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and we appreciated having bicycles available to explore the area, Highly recommend this cozy getaway!
Low-key obsessed with this place! The sauna was a total game changer after a day of biking around the gorgeous nature trails, Super chill vibe, perfect for unwinding with friends, Deventer is just a quick drive away for cute cafes and shops, 10/10 would recommend!
