The house is located just outside of Castiglion Fiorentino, a typical Tuscan village with an almost completely preserved wall. The historical museum houses beautiful archaeological finds from the history of the Val di Chio. Arezzo, which is well worth seeing, is only 22 km north and Lake Trasimeno is also only 30 minutes by car._x000D_

The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen utensils and a combi oven. The special thing here is the AGA stove which is fired with wood, a real rarity for western tourists! The accommodation is heated with 2 wood stoves and 3 electric stoves. Please note that separated rubbish is collected in rubbish containers at various points in the Val di Chio valley on the main road and that parking next to the loggia is not allowed.
A security deposit of EUR 50,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
