This holiday home is located on the edge of De Cocksdorp, a few minutes from the beach. At this beautiful location, surrounded by nature, you can be on the beach within minutes. A stone's throw away you will find the dunes, the forest and shops or restaurants. From the villa you have a direct connection to various walking and cycling routes.
You will lack nothing in this villa. All villas have a luxurious open kitchen, inside and outside a decorative fireplace and three bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom. The villas are equipped with a sauna. From your terrace you have a beautiful view over the vast Krimbos.
The island of Texel offers many cycling and hiking trails. The bicycle is pre-eminently the means of transport for this holiday. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are a short distance from each other. Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals in Ecomare. Don't forget to stop along the way in Den Burg and De Koog for a delicious drink or dinner on one of the many terraces. For hikers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended. One of the most unique hiking experiences on the island has to be a guided mudflat hike. Don't miss it and book a holiday on this fantastic island!

La villa était spacieuse et idéale pour nos deux familles voyageant ensemble, J'ai adoré les salles de bains séparées et le grand coin repas pour nos repas ensemble,
Alles was geweldig! Het appartement had een gezellige sfeer en we voelden ons er meteen thuis. De kinderen vonden het skiën geweldig en we hadden ons geen betere locatie kunnen wensen. De gastheren waren ook erg behulpzaam.
