Cala Ventura Espectacular Ático con Vistas

A solid choice for families, The kids loved the shared pool, and we felt relaxed knowing the beach was just minutes away, The apartment was well-furnished and had a cozy atmosphere

Super spacious apartment, clean and comfy, Perfect location near the beach!

Great location, very friendly staff who answered questions right away, everything was very clean and well organized!

Despite the photos being a bit confusing, there are two staircases on either side of the building that lead to the double rooms (2 on each side) with a shared bathroom and shower, and two additional bathrooms downstairs, The communal space and seating are abundant, with enough chairs for at least 25 people! The pool is a great size and depth, The location is fantastic, only a 10-minute walk from the nearest supermarket (not Spar) with a good selection and prices, There are some great restaurants in the area, including Black Pig, We visited during the last week of April, which coincided with the Mallorca 312 bike race on the 29th, Bikes were everywhere, and the course even passed by the villa, We rented bikes for a day, but they were difficult to find due to the race, Alcudia port is a 40-minute walk up the beach, and the beach is only a 2-minute walk from the villa, The villa is also located in a quiet area,

If you are looking for a new house with all the necessary comforts, look no further! This one is impeccably clean and the bedding is excellent,

The location and cleanliness were top-notch, A peaceful spot, yet so close to the beach and all the amenities, The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was brand new and beautifully designed, The balcony offered evening sun and a lovely view of the mountains,

Seaside haven, truly stunning,

Well-oriented terrace for breakfast,

The house is a real pleasure: comfortable, charming and with attention to every detail. Everything is in perfect condition, clean and new, and being able to choose between different pillows is a luxury that is appreciated.
