The beautiful adventure park, Carpegna Park, is a few km away and a fun place to practice hiking, mountain biking, and many other activities within the Nature Park.
Garden overlooks the landscape of the Marche, as well as a bowles court for fun with family and friends. This home has a beautiful porch entrance, under which you will find the pizza oven and barbecue. The house is earthquake-proof and well-equipped kitchen ensures you can try each recipe you have in mind here.

La villa è un ex agriturismo super attrezzata con tutto ció che serve, perfetta per un weekend con gli amici. La posizione è abbastanza isolata e permette di avere la propria privacy. Valore aggiunto il campo da bocce nel giardino. I proprietari cordiali e ospitali ci hanno fatto trovare una merenda di benvenuto al nostro arrivo, super apprezzata! Torneremo di sicuro in primavera/estate per sfruttare la grande piscina.
Fantastic structure! Developed optimally to allow comfortable and organized life in the common areas and at the same time gives the possibility of having one's own spaces thanks to very large rooms/pseudo-apartments all equipped with bathrooms. The 3 kitchens allow you to divide the workload for meals for a large group. The owners are very kind and helpful, they welcomed us with an aperitif and also helped/advised us on places of interest (wine shops, butchers, trekking routes,..). The swimming pool (not used by us as we stayed overnight in the winter) and the view that can be enjoyed from it are fantastic. The jewel in the crown, however, is the bowling green available next to the swimming pool, assiduously used during our stay. I absolutely recommend the structure, both in winter and summer!!
Our stay was delightful, The bedrooms were comfortable, and having 10 bathrooms meant no waiting in line! The garden views were stunning, and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the terrace,
De verter waren ongelooflijk gastvrij en gaven nuttige tips voor het verkennen van de omgeving, We hadden een heerlijk diner bij Ristorante Pizzeria Valeria, op slechts een korte rit afstand,
Die Lage ist ruhig, umgeben von Natur, Wir machten mehrere Wanderungen im nahegelegenen Naturpark, der nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt war, Perfekt für alle, die die Natur genießen!
Ich würde diese Villa jedem empfehlen, der nach einem entspannenden Urlaub sucht, Der Außenpool war ein Highlight, und der Garten bot eine ruhige Kulisse für unsere Morgenroutinen,
