This 50 sqm flat is located on the ground floor and has a private area in the garden, equipped for outdoor dining. The entrance leads from the garden to the living room, where there is a sofa that can be used as a double bed or as two single beds. On the right-hand side is a well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, gas oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and mocha and filter coffee machines. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available. From this room there is access to a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe. Our holiday home is only 300 metres from the beach and is surrounded by numerous pine trees. On a plot of approximately 1200 square metres, the two-storey villa houses four flats, each with its own terrace. The town centre is within walking distance and during the summer months numerous concerts and cultural events take place on the promenade. Given the many interesting leisure activities offered by the town, it is not easy to decide whether to go out or stay comfortably at home with your own garden. Approximately 1,000 metres from the flats north of 'Marina di Castagneto', guests have access to a private property with a botanical trail and seating areas, as well as a changing room, toilets, water, sun loungers and parasols, and access to a free beach. Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Costa degli Etruschi, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port of departure for the island of Elba. Marina is a beautiful and peaceful village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea. From Marina di Castagneto Carducci you can visit some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).
