This 4 bedroom villa is located in Fermignano and is made of stone, close to the beautiful city of Urbino. The villa is completely fenced and has a large garden and a natural saltwater pool where you can cool down. It is a perfect place for large families.
Only a few kilometres away from Fermignano, known for the 19th-century bicycle races and the charming old town, where you will be able to take a walk and taste the excellent artisanal ice cream. Just 10 minutes away by car there’s the wonderful Urbino, renaissance city and first UNESCO site in the Marche region.
Enjoy the views from the terrace or enjoy a tasty barbecue meal with your pals. Parking is also available here. Relax on the sun-loungers in your free time.

Wonderful house in a very nice area. Quiet, relaxing and great owners who make every effort and a lot of "dolci" that everything really fits on vacation!

Typically Le Marche. Beautiful rolling countryside. Peaceful environment.
Warm welcome by owners and lady of organization. The owners only speak Italian but understandable with Google Translate. Accommodation was spacious, clean and fully equipped. A supermarket is within walking distance (although that is a tough walk back on a hot day). The beautiful medieval town of Urbino is within half an hour's drive. Sea 45 minutes drive and in the immediate vicinity you can enjoy hiking or mountain biking.

De villa is vrij mooi en biedt een goede hoeveelheid ruimte voor gezinnen, De keuken had alle essentiële dingen die we nodig hadden, en we waardeerden de netheid van de hele accommodatie, Hoewel de locatie een beetje landelijk is, was het slechts een korte rit naar Urbino, wat het gemakkelijk maakte om de UNESCO-werelderfgoedlocatie te verkennen, Over het algemeen een comfortabel verblijf met alles wat nodig is voor een ontspannen vakantie
