This charming, sun-drenched house located in the tranquil village of Son Serra de Marina, just steps away from the stunning sandy beach. Perfect for up to 6 guests, this beautiful home features two expansive terraces ideal for relaxing and outdoor enjoyment. The rooftop terrace is outfitted with three sun loungers for perfect sunbathing or leisurely relaxation, while the traditional Mallorcan courtyard offers a dining table with 6 chairs and a grill for unforgettable al fresco meals.
The house boasts a spacious living and dining area with comfy armchairs, a large wooden table for 6, and a big TV for entertainment. The kitchen, set for renovation in spring 2025, is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher. Two of the bedrooms offer comfortable double beds, and the third features a bunk bed. Additionally, there are two renovated bathrooms, one next to the bedrooms with a shower and another on the ground floor terrace. The living room and two bedrooms are air-conditioned, while the bunk bedroom is cooled by a ceiling fan and a curtain that connects it to the adjacent double room.
This vacation home is perfectly situated in the picturesque Son Serra de Marina, where the beautiful beach and the village’s scenic coastline are just a short walk away. The village is also home to delightful beachside restaurants offering delicious meals with a refreshing sea breeze. Dit vakantiehuis was perfect voor onze strandvakantie, We hebben het grootste deel van onze tijd op het dakterras doorgebracht om van de zon te genieten, Het strand was prachtig en op korte loopafstand, wat echt handig was
We hadden een geweldige tijd in dit vakantiehuis! De locatie is fantastisch - slechts een korte wandeling naar het mooie strand, en het dorp heeft een aantal leuke restaurants, Het huis zelf was ruim genoeg voor onze groep van zes, en we genoten echt van het dakterras om te zonnen, De keuken was goed uitgerust, hoewel we niet kunnen wachten op de renovaties volgend jaar, Onze kinderen hielden van de kamer met stapelbedden, en de airconditioning was een levensredder tijdens de warme dagen, Kan deze plek niet genoeg aanbevelen voor een ontspannen uitje!
