This cozy Mallorcan-style chalet is perfect for enjoying a peaceful holiday, with pleasant terraces and spaces designed for spending time with your companions. The outdoor areas allow you to make the most of the Mediterranean climate, whether enjoying a drink outside or preparing a delicious barbecue. The front terrace overlooks the street and features a furnished area with a table and chairs, while the rear terrace is set in a more private inner courtyard. A large shade sail provides shelter from the sun and creates a pleasant atmosphere during the hottest hours of the day. Outside, next to the kitchen door, there is a bathroom with a shower, which is very convenient after returning from the beach or for cooling off during the summer.

The interior is arranged over two floors. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and satellite TV. The kitchen features a gas hob and all the utensils needed to cook comfortably. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The bedrooms are located upstairs: one has a double bed and two have two single beds each. Two of them offer direct access to a small furnished terrace, and all bedrooms have a fan and a wardrobe for storing your belongings. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

This house is ideal for beach lovers, as it is close to Cala Morlanda and s’Illot. In the village, you will find everything you need, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Younger guests will enjoy the safari zoo, while adults can find bars and nightclubs in Cala Millor if they feel like going out for a drink in the evening. The Coves del Drach, with their underground lake, are a must-see. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
