Very nice place, very nice owners and house was fine and clean! Pool also nice and clean! Minuses: no air conditioning & a lot of flying and stinging animals. You should also not be afraid to drive as the ride up is quite exciting.
Lovely atmosphere, quiet place. Well anything driving skill and perseverance required to do the estate to bereiken.De description a higher level of comfort than conjecture is offered. The apartment is tastefully decorated but very basic. Beds are delicious! An absolutely quiet and cozy place to combine a quiet holiday with culture (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena and Arezzo are easy to reach for day trips)
Magnificent castle grounds with breathtaking views of the pool. Strategic location "in time" near the highway but "to feel" far from there. In half an hour you are in Florence. We also visited Arezzo, Lucca, Viareggio on the coast, Lago Trasimeno, San Gimignano ... all in good condition. The interior of the cottage is basic (no microwave, no dishwasher, no coffee for example), but the owners are helpful if you ask. A generous welcome aperitif, a real biomarktje comes along, Organic wine and organic olive oil are nice pluses. Lots of wildlife in the area, we went fishing in the lake below the domain. Small children may never stand in the pool, but it is a gorgeous pool for the rest. Highly recommended so.
We enjoyed the beautiful area between the vineyards and olive groves. Perfectly calm, beautiful views, a lovely pool and only half an hour from Florence and Arezzo. Our host (who speaks excellent French and English) was very friendly and helpful. Recommended!
The bungalow was well-maintained and provided a peaceful escape, We especially enjoyed the quiet evenings by the fireplace, The host was very accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant,
I loved the cozy vibe of the apartment, The fireplace added a nice touch during the cooler evenings, Plus, having a barbecue was great for family dinners outside,
