This stately, detached and restyled villa is located at Cape Helius Holiday Park, 2 km. from the center of the fortified town of Hellevoetsluis and only about 6 km. from the first North Sea beach.
There is a spacious living room and a fully equipped open kitchen including a dishwasher and combination microwave. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, of which each have two single beds. beds (whether or not in a 2-pers. setup). There is one bathroom with a bath, a shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hall on the ground floor.
Outside you will find a porch, garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking near the villa for one car.
There are various villas and apartments for rent at Cape Helius Holiday Park for four to fourteen people.

Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. Maritime and relaxing. It was just right for us.
the location of the park is excellent, close to the old harbor and restaurants. the layout of the house was very good, 3 spacious bedrooms, enough closet space, nice utility room, enough living space. the stairs are very cramped and cause difficulties if you are even slightly less mobile, we have experienced. the table chairs were unstable, we put 1 chair to the side. the sanitary facilities were dated and could no longer be kept clean, which was not the case. the banister was filthy, stuck on all sides. the kitchen only had light above the hob, the back wall and the Senseo machine were greasy and could not be cleaned. nice big fridge. the couch was not functional.
Deze villa overtrof onze verwachtingen! De inrichting was prachtig en de buitenruimte was perfect om van de zon te genieten, We vonden geweldige eetgelegenheden op korte loopafstand, Zeker een plek waar we zouden terugkomen!
We genoten van ons verblijf maar vonden dat de villa wat meer karakter kon gebruiken, Desondanks was het ruim en functioneel, met alle essentiële zaken voor een comfortabel verblijf, De nabijgelegen attracties maakten het de moeite waard
We hadden een geweldige tijd in deze villa! De ruime woonkamer was perfect voor onze familie, en we hielden van dineren op het terras omringd door de prachtige tuin, Het was slechts een korte rit naar Hellevoetsluis Beach, wat onze stranddagen gemakkelijk en aangenaam maakte, Het nabijgelegen restaurant, Restaurant Fortezza, serveerde heerlijke maaltijden en was een leuke traktatie na een lange dag, De eigenaren waren zeer gastvrij en zorgden ervoor dat we alles hadden wat we nodig hadden, Zeer aan te bevelen voor een ontspannen uitje!
Een leuke plek voor een familiebijeenkomst, De woonkamer was ruim, en het hebben van drie aparte slaapkamers hielp iedereen om zijn eigen ruimte te hebben, Het was ook een korte rit naar het strand, wat we waardeerden, Geen grote klachten!
