Single garage at the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Flims Dorf" 1 km. Skisport facilities 1 km, ski school 1 km, ice rink 3 km. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht, Aussichtsplattform Il Spir. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims, Laax, Falera. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee, Crestasee.
