Central heating is there for your comfortable stay. The apartment offers a lift for your convenience. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony or in the shared furnished garden, while soaking in the afternoon sun. You can park your vehicles in the parking area. A high chair and childrens bed are in place for the kids. 1 pet is allowed to stay on the property at an additional rate of 7,20/night.
The check-in timings are between 3-6 PM and check out is from 9-10 AM.
The house can be reached from the car park, which is located within the property, via a recently installed lift (2019) or via an external staircase. The private covered car park can be reached from the road above (provincial road) via a short, rather steep ramp. From the lift to the entrance there is only 1 step.
Tourist tax is only applicable for guests over 14 years of age and for the first 10 days of their stay.
Any overpayment made at the time of booking will be refunded on the spot.
Service charges from 20/10 to 10/4 refer to heating and are additional to the service charges of 6 euros per person/night.
