Gerlos is known after years and always super. In Meina, the owner was already waiting for us. Very nice location, only parking is not possible at location. Children's beds were not optimal. Got pain complaints. Environment very beautiful. Nice base for Milan, among others (50 minutes). Very quiet village where people are friendly.
A beautiful setting, Meina is a quiet village, not much to experience but enough if you want peace. Everything in the village. For a sandwich, ice cream, butcher etc. The house is great, clean and complete. The children missed the Wi-Fi but luckily there was a PlayStation. The house is still very cold in the spring, we had to make some extra changes. There is little sunshine outside in the spring. Tall trees from the neighbors keep the sun out. We found that very unfortunate and an absolute disadvantage. Reception was fine, we were met on the street and escorted to the house. Car can not stand at the house itself, but in the streets around it.
No view of Lake Maggiore as indicated in advance photos Ceiling lights were attached so that we had to constantly be exposed to light. It felt like we were in a basement Extremely bad beds. Slept on the couch downstairs
