This secluded holiday home is in San Pedro del Pinatar is ideal for a family. It can accommodate 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms. This property has a private swimming pool for you to enjoy and relax after a tiring day and a roof terrace.
The home is only 800 m from the town centre. The sea lies 900 m from the home. The nearest restaurant is only 1 km, if you would like to try out some local delicacies. You can enjoy water sports from the beach and nearby salt lake.
A roofed terrace is in place for you to relish a steaming cup of coffee with your dear ones. An air conditioning is in place to keep you comfortable inside. Camping cots and high chairs are offered for the little ones.
The check-in timing is 3-6 PM and check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.

Beautiful surroundings house was also very child friendly with private pool as a plus. Only downside was that you could not receive WiFi upstairs in the bedrooms. So it would be interesting to place WiFi router there so that you can also use WiFi there.
Reception was fine and very warm. Everything is there to make a pleasant stay. House is modern, lots of light and neat and everything was clean! Roof terrace where you can sit in the sun.
Certainly not big enough for 6 people, maximum 4. Very remote. You need a car for everything. Sheets and mattress protectors were not really clean and they had to wash immediately because there were dirty stains (biggest annoyance), pans are really worn and can no longer be safely baked in, stalk of mop rusted (new bought) etc. Ants and cockroaches in the kitchen cabinet and on arrival must annihilate. Small things that can easily be solved by the owner but what you do not expect as a tenant and all together cause some annoyance and time loss.
Environment is an urbanization. Nothing to do, can not walk anywhere (also the beach is really too far away) and is boring. House is well cared for, although the cleaning left much to be desired. With the enclosed walls, you have the feeling after 3 days that you are too locked up, you see nothing happening on the street (because there is a wall) and that is going to be very distressing. Find the amount for the final cleaning of 100 euros far too vors, especially considering the quality of the cleaning. Could hang the last was itself and the doors were still under the grease stains of the previous occupiers. Without a car at hand I would certainly not recommend this property.
Nice new house with nice swimming pool for children. Several nice beaches are easily reached by car.
