The guests can check-in between 4-7 PM, and the checkout time is from 9- 10 AM.

Nice house. Fantastic location with beautiful views of Lake Trasimeno. Enjoy the sunset in the evening, friendly owner with delicious (own) wine, jams and vegetables for us as guests.
The enclosed garden with good furniture, also gewelig for the dog. From terraces and indoor dining overlooking the lake with beautiful sunsets. Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, Montepulciano and many reach charming Umbrian villages within an hour. Because of the beautiful summer weather fortunately much outside, inside was the sitting area for longer stays very limited with only one bank.
beautiful country, italy. worth repeating. Cottage was higher with stunning views over the lake. Quite a bumpy road to the cottage, no other alternate possibilities to walk or cycle from the cottage. Always need a car.
It's a nice comfortable house, with a lovely properly fenced garden and woodland where children can play well. From the terrace and house there is a magnificent view over Lake Trasimeno with magnificent views of the setting sun. 5 km outdoor swimming pools are fine surcharge accessible or you can with a nice boat ride to the island Polvese with there also good bathing.
A great place to chill out in the garden with lots of privacy, enjoying a sunset at Lake Trasimeno or the many medieval towns in the area to bezoeken.Kortom: this property is highly recommended and in addition all neatly arranged: from house to travel documentation.
Fijn huis in een rustige omgeving. Er zijn voldoende stoelen en we werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de verhuurders.
