The location is quiet and ideal for guests who want to enjoy the warmth of the sun on the large terrace. The centre of Camaiore is about 3 km away and the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia only 10 km. A barbecue, table, chairs and sun loungers are available for guests to enjoy pleasant culinary moments on the terrace (approx. 100 m²). Car park for 1 car on the property. A private, small swimming pool (3 m x 2 m) is available to our guests.
