This picturesque villa is located in Moraira, close to the Spanish coast. Ideal for large family on a holiday, it can accommodate 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms. This villa has a private swimming pool with deckchairs for you to unwind and rejuvenate.
The beach lies at 1 km from the villa, perfect to go for walks, sunbathing, or playing beach volleyball anytime. The nearest town centre, supermarkets and pubs are all 1 km away from the stay.
An open kitchen with stove (pellet), hood, coffee machine and combination microwave are in place for you to make the best recipes on holiday. Wood heating and air conditioning are provided to keep you comfortable. The terrace is the perfect spot to have a relaxing time with your pals.
The nearest airport is 85 km from the villa.
Guests can check-in timings begin from 5-8 PM and check-out from 10 AM-12 PM.
Note: The barbecue is not available this summer due to increased risk of fire.

It is a fantastic house and beautifully situated, car is definitely needed. Is a bit further than indicated in the description of shops and restaurants.
For us the experience has been very good. I wanted to highlight some points in case it can be of help to someone. 1.- There are areas with little coverage, something that has not been a problem for us. 2.- The house has three floors, so I consider that the house is not for older people (grandparents) or for families with very young children. 3. - The first and second floors are two independent apartments, both with a kitchen, living room, bathrooms and bedrooms, so if a couple of couples go with the children, you have privacy to take into account.
Fantastic villa and well worth the money. The house is fully equipped with a lovely pool and fantastic views. Only point of criticism is the number of towels per person (one bath towel + one for the shower). But luckily you dry up quickly in Spain :-).
Nice and spacious house in a quiet street. Received a bottle of wine and some nuts on arrival. Neatly cleaned and everything was fine. This house does not have a CV. In colder weather you have to use the pallet stove and the air conditioners that also give off heat, which (in our opinion) did not get the house completely warm. Lovely terraces and handy garage! A typical Spanish villa in my eyes.
We really enjoyed our stay, the house is absolutely lovely and taken good care off. We only used the upper floor apartment as it was only the two of us. The area is great, a peaceful location with enough privacy. The outside area"s could do with a clean and some fresh paint. The cushions and sunbeds were dirty. We booked a two week stay, including bed linen and towels. We only received 1 shower towel each so we requested additional towels (we had to pay extra for this) and an extra set of bed linen and requested an iron as well as there was none. We were both in and around the pool and suddenly two man appeared and stood in front of us without any warning. left the gate open after they left.
It's an amazing place in a wonderful village. The villa is a mix between Spanish classical architecture and modern Ibiza vibe, although I'm glad the emphasize isn't on the latter. Although the place is large (3 floors, loads of bathrooms and bedrooms, private parking behind a closed gate) and amazing, it wasn't all great:The person (cleaner? Owner? Caretaker? Who knows..) who was checking us in wasn't there but I had to reach out myself through whatsapp and got the lockpad code from a person on the phone who was in Germany(??). The place was clean and there was a child's bed as requested (even made! Super nice) however, a lot of lights didn't work and that made sitting outside in the evening difficult. One lamp above the outside dining table broke before we arrived and glass was still on the ground and chairs, dangerous for little kids. The lamps also wasn't replaced and was stuck. When reaching out via whatsapp to the person who gave the keypad codes to ask if it could be fixed they didn't respond so it was no lights outside for us.. There also was a wasp nest in the gutter of the roof. So yeah, all in all we had a great stay but with a little more care to details and being able to reach whoever runs the villa it would have been great. Rating: 7/10
