Casa Lamate,is a holiday home located in a panoramic position over the Valdichiana, holding features of Tuscan style. Surrounded by a large terrace and fenced garden represents the ideal place to spend relaxing moments underneath the olive and oak trees. A small corner is dedicated to the BBQ and wood-burning oven.
Only a few km far from the well-known Etruscan town of Cortona rich in traditions, culture, art and culinary history. Its strategic position makes it the ideal base to visit the major cultural and city centres in Central Italy.
The house is developed on 3 floors, each with direct access from the outside. The main entrance leads to the large kitchen, outer veranda, ideal to taste great dinners while enjoying the landscape. An arch door separates the kitchen from the cosy living room with sofas where the stone fireplace stands out. First floor is composed of 3 bedrooms, one of the doubles has an ensuite bathroom; the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

Het appartement Möwenblick was een heerlijke ontsnapping! Het was ruim, schoon en had een gezellige open haard die onze avonden perfect maakte. Bovendien was de locatie centraal, waardoor we Norden gemakkelijk konden verkennen,
Het vakantiehuis was perfect voor onze vriendengroep. Vijf slaapkamers met eigen badkamer, wat betekende dat we voldoende ruimte hadden. We genoten vooral van de avonden bij het vuur. De natuur in de omgeving was vredig en perfect voor lange wandelingen.
Het mooiste van ons verblijf was de prachtige tuin! Het was zo'n rustige plek om te ontspannen. Het appartement zelf was goed uitgerust en we voelden ons er meteen thuis.
Het huis was goed onderhouden en gastvrij. De gastheren waren erg behulpzaam en lieten ons eerder inchecken. Perfect voor ons korte uitstapje naar de Bretonse kust.
Het huisje is zeer goed uitgerust en we waardeerden de aandacht voor details. De open haard was perfect voor de koelere avonden en de grote zithoek was een geweldige plek om te verzamelen.
