The centrally heated chalet offers lovely views of the surroundings. It has a conservatory, where you can enjoy extended days. There is a fenced garden, where kids can play. The summer house outside has an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, where you can cook your meals.
Check-in between 4 – 7 PM and check-out between 8 – 10 AM.

Very nice house. Enough shade and not hot inside. Beautiful view. And of course a great pool. A real advantage is a large supermarket 9 km away. We love to cook, that's crazy here. Delicious ingredients and plenty of kitchen supplies.
Location is great: lots of privacy, a lovely pool, beautiful view, cozy veranda and nice gazebo where you can sit or eat. As far as furniture and facilities are concerned, things could be renewed. We wash by hand, because the dishwasher makes everything dirtier rather than cleaner. There is also some clutter around the house that I think should be cleaned up. But Italians seem to think otherwise ... The arrival did not go so smoothly, the address of the owner was not mentioned in the papers, so with the help of several neighbors here we finally found the house. Owner is a friendly man who came to turn on the sprinklers mid week and brought a bag of vegetables.
Wonderfully quiet and beautiful environment. A large house with a large garden and swimming pool and complete furnishings. It was secluded on a hill. Nice view over the city. Difficult to find. The last stretch of road is unpaved, but passable. However, pick up the key from the owner in the city. Escort to the chalet. Owner speaks only Italian. Had a great holiday.
Even on the second stay everything was fine, the top highlight is the mega pool, we love to cook in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy the extraordinary location and tranquility ... pure relaxation.
Lovely house in a beautiful setting.
Pick up keys in the city and with 2 cars to the location. Otherwise we probably wouldn't have found it ;-). The last part is on an unpaved road, but doable if you can drive. many possibilities to sit or play somewhere quiet. Great swimming pool (up to 4 mt deep). You really have your own piece of paradise. The pictures show what you can expect. Extensive crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils. Go to Perugia and Assisi. Citta di Castello is a nice town. 2 Large supermarkets.
