This is real Spain! This holiday home is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 km from the center of the old fishing village of Moraira. This very pleasant holiday villa with a modern and comfortable interior has bright and spacious rooms. Ideal for sun holidays with family or friends.
For a good start to the day, you can get fresh bread rolls in the morning at the nearby supermarket, just 1.5 km from the house. In Moraira you will find a large number of cozy terraces and restaurants. For lovers of real tapas and fish, there is plenty of choice in this nice village. The beach by the sea is 2.5 km from the accommodation. A day in the culturally rich Altea (25 km) or the worth seeing Guadalest (25 km) is also worthwhile.
The house has a fully enclosed garden with beautiful trees. A staircase leads to a large sun terrace with a view of the beautiful valley, the valley of Benissa and even the sea. Refreshment on hot summer days can be found in the private swimming pool and if your stomach starts to rumble you can independently prepare the most delicious dishes in the outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

The arrival was well arranged. The accommodation was just fantastic and the surroundings breathtaking.
Good house, well decorated, nice environment
When we arrived, nothing was right. It stated that you can check in from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We had to drive around for an hour after a journey of 1800km. The swimming pool was extremely dirty. And it was only cleaned the next day in the evening, so we were not able to use the swimming pool for two days, which I don't think is normal for this price. I also took pictures of it. If you then ask to vacuum the pool again two days later because the filter is not doing its job properly and was therefore not heavy enough. Then you get an answer a day later and only a day later someone came to ask if he should vacuum it again. I don't think that's a service

Spacieux et confortable! Casa L'órquidia était parfaite pour notre groupe d'amis, Nous avons adoré l'espace extérieur avec la piscine et le barbecue, Le supermarché à proximité facilitait l'achat de fournitures, Un peu de route jusqu'à la plage, mais la tranquillité de la villa compensait
