Our house in Migjorn is located in the private farmhouse Can Toni Blay (residential complex with exclusive access code for guests), together with the houses Llevant and Tramontana, at km 10.3 of Formentera. Migjorn beach is 800 metres from the property and can be reached on foot or by car without having to take the main road. The fishing village of Es Caló de Sant Agustí is 1 km away, next to Ses Platgetes beach, with restaurants, terraces, chemist, supermarket, cash machine, car hire service and shops. The maximum capacity of the Migjorn house is 10 people. The price of the stay includes initial cleaning (not daily cleaning), bed linen and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person, one bath mat for each bathroom, one beach wrap per person and welcome gifts). Towels are changed twice a week for stays longer than one week and bed linen is changed weekly. Cots, high chairs and bed rails are available at no extra charge. RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out must be before 11:00. Guests will be notified if they can arrive earlier or leave later than the scheduled time. The water in the house is slightly saline. It is not suitable for direct consumption, but is suitable for cooking and showering. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house. The house must be returned in the same condition as when it was handed over at the time of check-in. It is strictly forbidden to organise or hold any kind of event in the house, unless expressly authorised by the establishment.
