The seaside villa with forest by the side and a cozy in-house pool is a great option for a family stay with kids. While the fun nightlife and sandy beach area are just 8 km away from the villa, the lush green forest with its several hiking trails and soothing atmosphere awaits you in just 2 km. All the local delicacies can be savoured right in the distance of 2 km. The routes along the Móntgo and Bernia Ridges are highly recommended. The dreamy architecture of the modern villa is an absolute delight to both watch and stay in. It has a lovely living room with a warm fireplace. The private terrace and the garden are equally appealing and relaxing at the same time. The private pool and hot barbecue are added advantages. 2 bicycles, parking, children's bed and high chair are available as well. The public transport is in 2 km.

Very quiet villa, everything you need is available. If you want a rest holiday, it is definitely the place2be. Well received by the caretaker, and received sufficient information. Bring something against mosquitoes (this is the only thing that was disappointing)
A lovely villa with several floors and its own private pool, ideal for small families, consisting of 2 bedrooms, good beds and the kitchen is equipped with different types of coffee machines and an oven and dishwasher. the living room has only 1 air conditioning, so it is very hot in the bedrooms, now you will say I open the windows but then you get mosquitoes or other vermin inside and that is no fun. So preferably mosquito nets and/or air conditioning in the bedrooms. Furthermore, it is a top house in a great location near the large Mall and if you go to the coast, we recommend Javea / Xabia less than half an hour's drive and you have a choice of restaurants, our favorite is Lungo Mare on the beach in short, we had an ideal holiday, it was exactly 10 years ago that we first came there, the same villa and restaurants.
The house itself is good, everything is there what you need. Except that we had the misfortune that the dishwasher was broken (already on the 3rd day after arrival) and it was no longer repaired. This was replaced, but only after we left. So 2 weeks of washing dishes, we found that to be a serious disadvantage. Furthermore, there was not a central point for your waste nearby. As a result, we were always at home with our waste. Our contact person did pick it up once, but those are inconveniences that you do not want to be confronted with during your holiday.
We arrived in the dark, so there wasn't much to see along the way. After contacting the manager it was agreed that I would call when I landed and that way. If necessary, I would call again if I could not find the villa. On arrival he was already waiting, and we were greeted very warmly. "In the morning it turned out what a beautiful view we had, and how wonderfully quiet it was around the villa. It turned out to be a wonderful base for our trips, because you could get inside minutes in all directions.

Excellent accommodation, beautiful surroundings and very good reception by Thomas Schwinge, the manager.Wat we missed in the house were mainly screens in front of the windows and a screen door to the terrace. "At night and in the evening leave doors and windows open then gives a lot of fun😕
