This luxury holiday home is located in a beautiful area of Altea of the Costa Blanca region and is highly suitable for a wonderful family holiday. You have access to a communal spacious garden and swimming pool, and there are 2 balconies, both offering stunning views of the vicinity and the mountains.
Beach and shops are a few minutes' drive (Altea, Calpe) and various sights and beautiful hiking trails can be found nearby. There are also several golf courses nearby and it is possible to rent a boat in the marina of Marina Greenwich. Within 12 minutes, you are in the bustling heart of Benidorm with terraces, shops, sandy beach and water ski course. Aqua Natura (swimming paradise) and Terra Natura (zoo) are also recommended.
The holiday home consists of 2 floors which offer a balcony each. The entire house is fully equipped, with facilities like air conditioning, Dutch television channels and a Nespresso machine. A carport is also at your disposal.

Nice neat villa with a magnificent view over the sea and Altea Hills.
The description states that a juicer, microwave, food processor, toaster should be present, unfortunately…. The inventory is very summery. The house is beautiful, so is the view. We cannot operate the TV, not even with the help of the owner.
Fantastic apartment to stay with all mod cons. Clean, modern and a great view. The peace you find there after you've been in the center. Lovely swimming pool where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun. In short, highly recommended and definitely worth repeating for us!
Perfect house in a beautiful location. However, for shops and supermarket you must have a car as there is nothing in Altea Hills.
The location is really beautiful. It is only a pity that we have already indicated the first day that the washing machine is broken and that, despite repeated communication about this, the manager does not intend to solve this. We now do the laundry by hand! We also have a lot of problems with ants in the kitchen, something that is also known, because there are even ant bait boxes on the counter. The ants don't care about this and populate the kitchen counter in large numbers. A pity that in a complex with 10 apartments there are only 7 beds by the pool!
Fantastic house situated in a quiet location Altea Hills with breathtaking views from the mountains on the sea! Beautiful sunrise and sunset to watch both from the blissful terrace of the living room and from your bed! Very neat and with every comfort! Highly recommended ,
