Charming and well-kept holiday home (all ground floor, 80 m2) recently built in style (the ceilings with typical Tuscan wooden beams and terracotta tiles) stands on the beautiful Tuscan hills in the middle of 30,000 metres of fully fenced land. Part of the land is cultivated with olive trees (in October/November it is possible to pick the olives and watch them being pressed).The garden is perfectly and regularly cared for by a gardener.On the plain opposite, the panorama offers the famous Montecatini Terme, which at night looks like a nativity scene illuminated by coloured lights. An outdoor area equipped with an oven, barbecue and private swimming pool (10 x 5 m) allows you to lunch or dine in the midst of nature with the warmth of the fire.
An ideal place for excursions by mountain bike, on foot or on horseback, thanks to the numerous stables in the area. Eno-gastronomic tourism will lead you to the discovery of typical local products... Relaxation will only be complete after being pampered in the spas of Montecatini or Monsummano Terme.
There are countless restaurants and typical pizzerias nearby. In Montecatini Terme (5 km away) you can find all services: bars, discos, shops, spas, etc.
The house is also ideally located for visiting Florence, Pistoia, Lucca (Luca Comics!) and Pisa.
On sale are wines, oil, honey and other locally produced products. Free tastings at the shop/wine cellar.
On request (price to be agreed with the owner): 2 extra places on sofa bed.
The cost for charging electric/hybrid cars is 15 euro per charge, on request.
Possibility of booking and then paying for groceries on the spot.

We are now half way through our stay at Casa Rondo... and in one word... Blissful!! The house is extraordinary and everything around it is just SUPER!! The owners are also SUPER FRIENDLY .. 😊🤩.. with a warm welcome ♥️ Definitely recommended we will be back soon 😎👍😊
Nice house on large grounds, part of the village up the mountain with beautiful views.
Had a wonderful holiday. Environment is beautiful. House is neat and well cared for. There is no air conditioning and the house does heat up well, so on very hot days it is still very warm at night.
We are here for the second time and it is once again great. Very hospitable by Sonia and Luca who even bought some groceries because the shops were closed. The place is fantastic, the surroundings very beautiful and the house also fine.
This is such a fantastic spot, great view, lovely veranda (roof) all privacy and close to many nice places. It's always nice to have lunch in Alto. The garden is very green, trees for shade, and lots of flowers, so let's take a look around with the watering can…. Lucca, Pisa, Florance (by train) You are on top of the mountain, so going out for dinner means taking the car .. but we often have a good lunch and then get some snacks for the evening, you don't have to leave the door anymore and you can enjoy yourself .. Sonia and Lucca have a wine shop, and they have a number of wines ready and you can sign up on a list, you pay when you leave .. how good is that ..
What a wonderful week we had in this beautiful house. Wonderfully quiet place, fantastic swimming pool, enjoy a wonderful Italian holiday!!
