The wellness center includes: Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, internal and external relaxation area, emotional shower, chromo therapy, aroma therapy, Scottish shower, herbal tea room.
This characteristically furnished apartment is located in an old farmhouse. It features a private lawn with a beautiful view of the estate; the ideal place to wake up peacefully in the morning. The apartment is very suitable for families.
Children can romp in the small playground on the estate and horseback riding is also possible on the estate. Or go shopping in Pian di San Martino or Todi (famous for its medieval center). These places are within a 5 kilometer radius of the residence. A visit to historical places such as Orvieto, Perugia and Assisi is also among the possibilities.
Inside, the house is equipped with typical Umbrian elements. From the terracotta floor to the beamed ceiling and the fireplace. The cozy furniture and the robust architecture make you feel as if you have stepped back in time. As icing on the cake, you also have access to the shared pool! For a fee of 200 euros per person per week or 20 euros per person per day, you have unlimited access (from 15:00 to 18:00) to the wellness center including sauna, Turkish bath, solarium and bubble bath. The wellness center is only accessible to guests 14 years and older.

Super ruim! Grillområde og pool gør det perfect voor zomerse hangouts, De locatie is ook geweldig, met schattige middeleeuwse stadjes in de buurt, Kan niet wachten om terug te komen!
Ik ben oprecht geobsedeerd door het gezellige interieur! De terracotta vloeren en open haard geven een grote thuisgevoel, Zeker een chill plek voor gezinnen of vrienden, Ook het buitenzwembad is een groot pluspunt!
De locatie is ideaal voor degenen die de Umbrië heuvels willen verkennen, We hebben Orvieto en Assisi bezocht, beide op korte rijafstand, Het appartement zelf was gezellig en schoon, hoewel het een beetje rustiek was voor mijn smaak, Het gedeelde zwembad was een leuke aanvulling, en mijn kinderen hielden ervan, Als je op zoek bent naar een rustige ontsnapping, is dit een solide keuze

The historical charm of the apartment is truly captivating, It was a bit chilly during our stay, but the fireplace kept us warm and cozy, We also liked being able to visit local restaurants like La Deliziosa, which was just a short drive away
