Description
Casale le Querce is an ideal farmhouse for those who want to spend their holidays surrounded by nature and the silence of the countryside, and between the beaches and the sea. Grottammare and the Adriatic Sea are just 16 kilometres away.
The farmhouse offers its guests all the comforts needed for a perfect holiday. It has a very large garden with views of the local vineyards on one side and the hills on the other.
On the first floor, we find a large living room, a kitchen with a terrace, 2 double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The large garden is fenced on three sides and open to the forest. The private swimming pool allows you to swim and relax while admiring the beautiful scenery. While under the centuries-old oak tree, there is a table and chairs for lunches and dinners in the shade. If you are travelling with a dog, you can take advantage of a small, specially fenced area (5 m x 5 m), near the pool and the house, where your four-legged friend will feel safe when not on a leash.
The town of Cossignano is only 2 km away; here you can find all the main services such as food shops, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias. In 20 minutes by car, you can reach the town of San Benedetto del Tronto and the very famous Riviera della Palme, which continues up to Grotta Mare and Cupra Marittima. The whole coastal area offers many entertainment options such as bars, restaurants, water sports, cycle paths, events, and concerts.

Unfortunately, the house did not meet expectations. Although the house really has a lot of potential, it made a neglected impression on arrival. That started at the entrance / the stairs to the entrance that was full of weeds. Doesn't really make your guests feel welcome. The pool hadn't been used for a while either; it was dark green, dirty, full of rubbish. In several places around the pool, pieces of the rim had broken off and the indoor pool had come loose. In short, the pool was unusable and, moreover, there was a risk of injury. The umbrella provided by the pool could not be set up either, because the standard was missing. There was a pungent sewage smell in our bedroom and part of the hallway. Fortunately, it disappeared after a few days after showering. Also, the electrical outlets in some rooms were broken, preventing us from using the fan. So very warm at night. The kitchen cupboards smelled musty, mattresses had pits, the bbq was filthy and full of residue. The garden was not closed off, so dogs were constantly running loose through the garden and leaving their needs behind. Nasty and they were dogs that would bark if you approached them. In short, the expensive house we rented for a special family vacation turned out to be a disappointment. Only at the end of the week were a number of defects made, but by then the damage had already been done. Belvilla should have checked the house in advance for such defects to allow its guests to enjoy a well-deserved holiday. Many defects were solvable and should have been resolved before our visit. That could have been a lot worse. Unfortunately, Belvilla does not answer after repeated calls and emails, while it was promised to come up with a response within six weeks. Too bad, for us never Belvilla again!
The apartment had a lovely charm to it, and we enjoyed our time lounging by the pool, The nearby restaurants were within a short drive, making it convenient for dinner outings,
This place is ideal for families, The kids had a blast at the water park just steps away, and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, The hosts were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home,
Schoon en comfortabel, met alles wat we nodig hadden. De ligging vlak bij het Grevelingenmeer zorgde voor prachtige ochtendwandelingen. Zeker een aanrader voor een ontspannende vakantie!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit vakantiehuis! Het was alles wat we hadden gehoopt: schoon, ruim en heel dicht bij het strand van Wemeldinge. Perfect voor gezinnen of groepen.
