In 15 minutes, you can arrive at the sea of Porto San Giorgio. Nearby are many villages worth visiting, namely, Moresco, Grottazzolina, Campofilone famous for its egg pasta. Montappone is famous for the hat production and Ripatransone orange flag of Touring Club Italia.
The home has a barbecue and even the pergola is equipped for dining outside. The owner lives in a separate area on the property, is warm and respects privacy. 1 pet is allowed to stay with you free of cost. Heating is optional and on request.

Peaceful and relaxing place, a beautiful swimming pool and an astonishing garden (there "s also a fantastic outdoor kitchen, very well equipped, we really enjoyed it!). The apartment is very cozy, the living room has a big dining table and it "s perfect for big families. We were also traveling with a baby: my little niece had a baby bed and a very comfortable highchair at her disposal and she also has enjoyed very much playing on the very soft lawn under the ancient olive trees around the pool. Even my dog Axl had the best time ever! The house is fully fenced and very dog friendly: he was able to run everywhere without any worry from our side! What about the hosts? Matteo and his mother have been wonderful: very gentle, generous and always at our disposal (they also brought us the grapes and figs that they cultivate !!). We really can "t wait to come back !!
De locatie was rustig en het huis was schoon en netjes. We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden. De kinderen vonden de schommels en glijbanen buiten leuk.
Prachtige plek met veel ruimte, De tuin was een hit bij de kinderen
Een heerlijke ontsnapping op het platteland! Het gedeelde zwembad was een leuk kenmerk, en we genoten van de rustige omgeving, De nabijgelegen steden boden geweldige dagtochten, en de lokale pasta was een hoogtepunt van onze culinaire avonturen

Quel bel endroit ! La piscine partagée était une agréable surprise après une journée d'exploration des villages voisins, Le propriétaire était très amical et nous a fait sentir comme chez nous, Je recommanderais définitivement cet endroit, surtout pour les familles
